1987 Cadillac Allante
The Cadillac Allante was produced by General Motors Cadillac Motor
Division from 1987-1993. Designed to compete with expensive
European makes like the Mercedes SL and Jaguar XJS, the Allante was
designed and bodied by the Italian coachbuilder Pininfarina, famous
for their Ferrari designs. Expensive to produce, the Allante'
listed at just over $56,000.00 at introduction in 1987.
The front wheel drive platform was powered by a transverse mounted
250 cubic inch 4100 V8 motor and an automatic transmission.
Suspension was independent at all four corners with four-wheel disc
and abs braking front and rear. An all-aluminum hardtop was
optional.
Offered is a 1987 Cadillac Allante in Pearl White with red leather
