This is a true 1977 black on black Trans AM with T-Tops and the the
iconic gold bird on the hood. The car has undergone extensive drive
train modifications for power and performance but all of the
original parts go with the car. The upgrades have been fully
documented and all the receipts go with the car. A lesser
performing '77 just sold at Barrett Jackson for $49,500.00.
It is powered by a high performance 400ci V-8 that has just
undergone a $12,000.00 rebuild with all top components including
Edelbrock performance heads and intake manifold, Holley 4 barrel
carburetor, slightly oversized cam that flows down through a new
dual exhaust. It is been swapped from an automatic to a 5-speed
Tremec manual transmission that gets to the pavement through the
stock rear-end.
It just underwent over $6,000.00 worth of aftermarket performance
suspension upgrades, as well. The undercarriage has been upgraded
with subframe connectors and sits on the original gold snowflake
wheels with like new BF Goodrich High Performance tires.
The exterior is in very good condition with black paint and
graphics package all in great shape. The interior looks great with
factory correct black leather horseshoe deluxe seats in the front
and rear, correct gold dash, factory air conditioning and steering
wheel all highlighted by the original factory Hurst T-Tops with
covers still in the boot.
Again, this is built for performance on an original 1977 black on
black Trans AM and all the original parts are included should you
wish to convert it back.
We are offering this amazing example with everything included for
$44,900.00!
