Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1988 Mercedes-Benz 560SL,
a clean and well-maintained example with only 65k miles and two
owners since new. Finished in Smoke Silver metallic over Brazil
Brown leather interior, it's an attractive and understated
combination not often seen on a 107. One repaint in the correct
color to an excellent standard; clean CarFax with no accidents;
clean and dry underside with no known rust issues. Both tops in
excellent condition. Newer Michelins.
Very nice interior with leather upholstery, wood, dash, carpets,
etc. all showing beautifully. Original books (including stamped
service book) and Mercedes first aid kit included. Stock aside from
updated stereo and speakers.
The late 560s represented the pinnacle of the 107 chassis
development - the four speed automatic is an excellent match for
the power delivery of the 5.6 liter overhead cam V8. Recent fluids,
tune up, belts and hoses, plus engine and transmission mounts, drag
link, fuel pump and more. Runs and drives like a low-mileage,
well-sorted example should. Excellent cosmetically and turn-key
mechanically.
