and stunning example of this one owner 1992 Cadillac Fleetwood

eight hundred and fourteen!) original miles!Reportedly always
garaged in a climate controlled facility by it's original and only
owners since new and with no accidents and absolutely no rust
whatsoever, for all intents and purposes a still brand new car!
Owned and driven by only one obviously very careful and mature
driver since new - never abused - babied all the way!The original
'White' factory paint is in exceptional condition with no blemishes
and the matching 'Dark Maple Red' cloth seats and interior is also
in quite flawless condition throughout with no signs of wear. The
car boasts the optional 5.7L V8 engine, a power sunroof, wire
wheels and virtually new 'Gold Seal' whitewall tires. Every option
is working as it should including the ice-cold A/C. This particular
model must be seen and driven to be fully appreciated - the
top-of-the-line Cadillac in 1992 and the last of it's generation
and boasting the upgraded large factory optional 5.7L V8 engine car
and which drives as good as it looks with Cadillac's famous smooth
and luxurious ride - no shakes or rattles and the considerable
power of it's 5.7 litre V8 engine purring almost imperceptibly
under the hood! The engine is extremely strong and responsive with
no oil leaks, the transmission shifts smoothly through the gears
and the temperature always remains cool. Drives like a new car -
you could never tell the difference! The 1992 Brougham featured what
Cadillac proclaimed as "contemporary yet classic exterior and
interior restyling." This view was justified by a major revamping
of the long-lived Brougham package. Three new colors (Brownstone,
Maple Red and Light Antelope) were introduced. A total of 12 colors
were offered. A new wide lower body-side colored accent molding was
standard. The moldings were Silver Frost or Light Antelope
depending on exterior paint color. Three exterior colors could be
ordered with matching color accent moldings. Silver Frost and Light
Antelope were available only as monotone. The Brougham's front end
appearance was revised by the use of halogen composite headlamps,
new end caps, rub strip and bumper filler plus a new windshield
pillar pad and drip molding. In profile a number of restyling
efforts were evident. A new combination turn signal/parking/side
marker lamp was used. The opera lamp was moved forward and a new
bright chrome center pillar was used. New front and rear body-color
door edge guards were standard as were new colored wide lower
accent moldings. At the rear a new deck lid molding for the license
plate opening was found. A new formal padded full vinyl roof was
standard.Significant changes took place in the Brougham's interior.
Two new colors for the Primavera cloth upholstery, Antelope and
Dark Maple Red, were introduced. A total of four colors were
offered. The same colors were added to the standard Brougham's
grain-leather interior, making for a total availability of seven
colors. Joining Antelope and Dark Maple Red was black for the
d'Elegance Brougham's Sierra grain leather interior, which was also
available in three other colors. Revisions to the Brougham's
seating areas consisted of the replacement of Royal Prima with
Primavera cloth, outboard front seat cushions contoured on the
standard Brougham for increased lateral support, a new standard
front seat center armrest with storage compartment, and change in
the d'Elegance seat to a 55/45 configuration. Carpeted
rubber-backed floor mats with retention needles were now used. New
standard automatic safety belts for driver and right front
passenger were installed. A black walnut burl trim was used for the
instrument panel, doors and steering wheel horn pad. Both a power
driver seat recliner and an electronic digital instrument panel
were now standard. An improve electronic climate control system
with three automatic and two manual settings was adopted. The
standard AM/FM radio with a preset graphic equalizer, cassette tape
player and signal seeking and scanner feature with digital display
was also upgraded. Both a new compact disc player and an
electrochromic inside rearview mirror were optional. Items
previously optional that were made standard for 1991 were as
follows: side and deck lid accent striping, rear window defogger
and heated outside mirrors door edge guards, carpeted floor mats,
front license mounting provisions and trunk mat.The powerplant and
chassis of the Brougham benefitted from the use of a new standard
anti-lock braking system. A 5.7-liter V-8 with throttle body fuel
injection was included with the coachbuilder package (which was
also revised for 1990) and trailer towing packages. The 5.7 V-8
developed 175 horsepower, 295 lb.-ft. of torque and came with an
8.5 in. ring gear and 3.08:1 final drive ratio as well as a
one-time Level Gas Guzzler tax!In addition to the previously
mentioned features of the Brougham d'Elegance, the special edition
model, option code V4S, had a specific interior trim design
including tufted multi-button seats, three overhead assist handles,
six-way power passenger seat adjuster, illuminated driver and
passenger visor vanity mirrors, rear sail pane reading lights,
Twilight Sentinel, power trunk lid pull-down, and exterior/interior
identification. This is one very unique and ridiculously spacious
