This is a real classic, not a race car. It is fun to drive anywhere and attracts attention wherever it goes. Everyone knew someone who had one, but where are they now? It has a complete 97 Jeep Cherokee drive-train with a 4.0 cubic inch, fuel injected engine and overdrive transmission. It has cold factory AC, PS, front power disc brakes and a modern style radio. It runs and drives great. The two things it is missing is a GPS speedometer and a fuel gauge.
It was awarded a trophy for best AMC at the 2013 Mopars at the Lake show in New Orleans and was written up in the Gulfcoast Motorsports magazine. It appeared at Cruisin the Coast for 15 years. We have greatly enjoyed it and hate to part with it, but we need the room in the garage. The car is located in NM and delivery may be possible.
