Vehicle Description
This 1972 Jeep Commando was treated to a frame off restoration
around 1 year ago and has only 200 miles on it since being
completed. A lot of care and detail went into this build and i will
try to list everything. The 304 V8 Engine was completely rebuilt
with a Comp Cam, Edelbrock Intake, 4 Barrel Carb, DUI High
Discharge Distributor, and Aluminum Radiator. Other items added
include Power Steering, Front Power Disc Brake Conversion, Upgraded
T-18 4 Speed manual Transmission with new clutch. It also has
Rebuilt Dana 30 Front Axle and Rebuilt Dana 44 Rear Axle with
Lockright Locker. Rebuilt Dana 20 Transfer Case, New Brakes all
around, new ball joints, new wheel bearings, and custom
driveshafts. As you can see, mechanically everything has been gone
through and it is ready to roll!!
The all metal body was painted in Viper Red and looks fantastic!!!
They added Custom Front and rear Bumpers, 2 1/2 Inch Lift, and a
spare tire carrier. It has everything you need to go on or off
road!! The interior was completely redone as well...full custom.
Corbeau Seats with 5 Point Seat Belts, Complete raptor Lined
interior for easy cleanup, New gauges, nothing was left untouched.
The Mickey Thompson MTZ 31 X 10.5 X 15 Tires are new as well.
All lights, blinkers, 4WD, everything is working on this vehicle
and it runs down the road awesome. Lots of power and great stopping
power. It does come with the rear seat which can easily be bolted
in with no modifications by removing the spare from the rear.
