Vehicle Description
This extraordinary Ghia 1500 GT is one of only 846 that were built
between 1963 and 1967, and one of 36 that were exported to the U.S.
Suspension consists of independent front end with coil springs and
a live rear axle with leaf springs. The former owner replaced the
Fiat 1500 engine with a fresh 118hp 2-liter Volvo engine with dual
SV carburetors that is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission.
During restoration the body and frame were blasted and epoxy primed
and painted Rosso Corsa Red. The Borrani wheels have been
powder-coated and new tires were fitted. The headliner seats and
carpet are fully restored. Full documentation accompanies this
unique car.
