This is the actual camera car that was used in the filming of the
motion picture "Need for Speed." It was modified by Saleen for the
movie and is equipped with 14" Saleen slotted rotors and Saleen
calipers, and is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 Coyote engine and
6-speed manual transmission. It was outfitted with a custom-built
roll cage, 3:73 gears, and rear modifications to accept the camera
men and equipment. The front passenger airbag was removed to accept
electronics. This Mustang features a Shaker stereo system, custom
bumpers and mounts for gyroscopic cameras, and bucket seats with
harnesses. Tire, air bag and door sensors are on. It has 7,780
actual miles. This vehicle is being was used "Camera Equipment."
