Vehicle Description
This no-expense-spared custom-built 69 Dodge Charger Resto-Mod has
the classic body with a modern drivetrain. It is equipped with
power heated seats, air conditioning and an awesome sound system
with Bluetooth and navigation. During the build, the body was
stripped to bare metal and massaged to the laser-straight shell in
which it is presented. It was then finished in DuPont's Blackberry
Pearl with a Gunmetal R/T stripe and Plum Crazy accents. The
interior features a set of retro-fitted, modern, Dodge Charger R/T
full power heated seats, and the original 69 rear seat was
custom-wrapped and trimmed to match. It has the original-style door
panels with modern accents, a new headliner, black high-end Bentley
wool carpet, and restored original dash panel with gauges redone in
white and recalibrated to run with the modern build. The center
console was retro-fitted from a 2006 Charger R/T with side courtesy
lights. This Charger is powered by supercharged Gen III 6.7-liter
HEMI V8 engine built by Joey Arrington of Race Engines Plus. It
features a K1 stroker crank qith K1 rods, Arrington forged pistons
and hydraulic roller cam, moly pushrods, hydraulic roller rockers,
fuel injection with custom billet fuel rails, msd coil packs and
ceramic-coated long tube headers, all backed by a Keiser electronic
4-speed automatic transmission loaded with a 2800 rpm hi-stall. The
K-member has been replaced with a custom built unit from Magnum
Force with adjustable control arms, coil overs and a
rack-and-pinion steering setup. The rear features a custom 4-link
suspension with adjustable track bar. The car is brought to a stop
with 13" Wilwood slotted and drilled rotors with 6-piston calipers.
