For Sale: 1978 Jeep Cherokee Chief in Holland , Michigan
Hard to find 1978 Jeep Cherokee Chief. This vehicle came out of
Washington and has all original metal with no rust and mostly
original paint. The Sun Orange original paint shows excellent with
only a little patina that is very cool. The 360 V8 has been rebuilt
and runs excellent. They added a mild cam, dual flowmaster exhaust,
and new holley carb. The Automatic Transmission shifts perfectly
and the Quadra-Trac Transfer Case works great! The dual exhaust
sounds awesome and this thing has a nice rumble (see video).
The suspension was recently redone with a 4 Inch Alcan Spring Lift.
Alcan Springs are excellent and really give a nice ride. Also put
on 4 New Bilstein Shocks at that time. Some other nice touches are
front sway bar disconnects for off roading and 33 Inch BFG All
Terrain Tires that are like new. Power Steering, Power Brakes, AC,
and Front Disc Brakes are some other options. Power Rear Window
works great!! Recently added new carpet and recovered seats make
the interior look amazing.
