Vehicle Description
This is an all original Chevrolet steel-bodied 3-Window Coupe in a
beautiful lacquer red paint job. It is professionally built and has
less than 987 miles on it. The build was started in the early 90's
and then completed to this level in 2014. The engine is a 355ci
Chevrolet V8 with 186 casting heads and with a Weiand tunnel ram
intake and dual quad Holley carburetors. The transmission is THM
400 3-speed automatic with an aftermarket 3,000 rpm stall convertor
and a Lokar 16" shifter. The chassis is by Martz Chassis of
Bedford, Pennsylvania and is tubular with independent front
suspension w/coil overs, rack and pinion steering and disc brakes.
The rear suspension is a four bar with coil overs and a 9" Ford
rear with drum brakes. Brakes are not power operated. The top has a
3" chop with a van roof to replace the soft roof insert. It has an
Alumi Craft billet grill insert. Features Cyberdyne digital gauges
(guaranteed for life), GM tilt steering column, battery kill
switch, Mallory Unilite ignition, Optima Red battery, Ron Francis
wiring kit, automatic trunk release. cast crankshaft, mechanical
fuel pump and an AM/FM iPod stereo. The tires are Hankook Radials
185/65R15 front and 215/75R15 rear with 9/32" of tread left. The
wheels are 15" polished Centerline Auto Drags. What it needs...the
interior is not finished, the wiring needs attention to make it
neater and the rear trunk lid has fish eyes in the paint. It is a
very desirable example that just needs the finishing touches to
make it a complete hot rod.
