Vehicle Description
Sporting Ford's all new modular 4.6l DOHC V8, the SN-95 Mustang was
a much more enticing package than before. The top of the line up
was the Cobra which featured a hand assembled engine that pumped
out 305hp. Build by a two person team, the engine sports a signed
plaque from the two builders. The engines were completed in Romeo,
Michigan.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this unique 1996 Cobra for
your consideration. The paint is a custom grey metallic with twin
black racing stripes. The paint quality is excellent and the body
looks great. The car is fitted with Roush body kit which includes
side sills, front and rear bumpers, and a spoiler. Custom side
Magnaflow exhaust pipes are fitted as well. Projector headlights
are fitted. Underhood there is a strut tower brace and a cold air
intake. Chrome wheels are fitted and are in great shape. In
addition to the cosmetics, the car was given upgraded brakes with
red calipers as well as an upgraded Rockford Fosgate stereo and
amp. The interior of the car is in great shape and just shows a
tiny bit of wear on the seats. The black leather seats are
supportive and comfortable and have a power sliding feature. The
car also has power windows, mirrors and a cool set of a-pillar
mounted temp, oil, and voltage gauges. All power functions appear
to work as it should and the car is remarkable civilized.
Despite the large power levels, heavy clutch, and short throw
shifter, this Cobra is a easy to drive. It has all of the sounds
and feels you would expect, and with just 7,496 produced, the
exclusivity that you expect.
