Our Atlanta Showroom is proud to offer this 1966 convertible
Chrysler Newport. The 1965s Newport was built on an all-new
Chrysler C platform, shared with the 300 and New Yorker, along with
the Dodge Polara and Plymouth Fury. Styling mimicked the square
lines of the Lincoln Continental. The 1966 Newport received new
grille work and revised taillights, but was otherwise changed very
little from 1965. The lines on this car run almost as long as the
grand canyon and stops you cold in your tracks. This car screams
out "admire me"! This Chrysler also has a few hidden tricks up it's
sleve to run with the modern day vehicles. This convertible has a
rebuilt 440 and rebuild 727 transmission, MSD ignition, new
exhaust, new top, new steering box, hid headlights, turn signal
indicator side mirror, and aluminum intake. This car has a few
modern touches that bring the cruising comfort into the zone of
slickness. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD
