Camaro COPO. This is a real-deal limited-production car that is
fully documented and in brand-new condition. This is car #51 out of
69 ever produced for the 2012 model year. In commemoration of the
original number of ZL1 COPO Camaros made in 1969, Chevrolet
relaunched a limited run of 69 COPO Camaros in 2012 as factory
drag-racing cars designed for NHRA Stock Eliminator and Super Stock
classes. To meet strict safety regulations to compete at 9-second
quarter-mile times, all COPOs come standard with a solid rear axle,
a full chromoly roll cage, removal of sound-deadening and power
accessories, two racing bucket seats (no rear seat), a safety
harness for the driver, competition floor shifter, Chevrolet
Performance gauges, Bogart racing wheels and Hoosier full slick
racing tires. These cars were built by the factory to be drag-raced
and are set up with the best of the best in drag-racing technology.
This Camaro features the 327ci V8 supercharged V8 engine and is
fully documented with its Build Sheet, Certificate of Authenticity
from COPO and many other additional documents, which are all
included in the sale. The beautiful black interior is brand-new and
