This awesome 1964 Chevrolet K10 is available in our Louisville
Showroom. Although pickups came of age after World War II, they
continued to evoke a postwar sensibility until Chevy introduced a
groundbreaking generation of trucks in 1960. Not only were these
C/K pickups - a designation that is still in unofficial use -
equipped with the segment's first independent front suspension, but
a new drop-center X-shaped frame reduced the height of the vehicle
by up to seven inches. Chevy dominated the pickup market during
this era, setting all-time sales records in 1964, 1965, and 1966.
Central to the truck's success was a seemingly endless array of
options available to buyers. This Shining example of a 1964 K10 has
been upgraded to a fuel injected 350 Ci motor with a 4-speed
automatic transmission to put the power to the ground. The power
steering and power brakes make this truck move and stop with
minimal effort and give this beautiful truck a modern driving feel.
Within the last 5 years this truck has been continuously upgraded
including: radiator, gas tank, fuel pump, sending unit, filter,
shocks, exhaust, brakes, window rubber, chrome trim, power steering
pump, carpet and stereo. The beautiful Black paint was redone about
a year ago and looks great. If you are looking for a great running
and driving 64 Chevrolet K10 then this is the truck for you.
Options on this 1964 K10 are: AM/FM stereo, CD player, power
brakes, power steering, tilt steering wheel, seat belts, cloth
interior, radial tires, aluminum wheels. This awesome 1964
