This 1963 Citroen roll-top convertible underwent a full rotisserie
restoration that was completed in spring 2016. It is powered by a
425cc/18hp 2-cylinder engine and 3-speed manual transmission with
overdrive. This cute little car runs, drives and stops well. The
restoration of the Citroen included engine, transmission, and
clutch rebuild, completed brake system rebuild with new lines that
uses DOT-5 silicone fluid, a complete new fuel system including the
tank, lines, and carburetor, and an air cleaner conversion to a
paper element from oil bath. It also included all-new weather
stripping throughout, new windshield and back glass, a new black
Stay-Fast roll-up top, new turn signals and taillights, five new
tires, and new exhaust. This 2CV is a rust-free example that came
to the U.S. in 2004 from Southern France.
