dealership. This is a very strong-running, largely original driver
that's been treated to some tasteful upgrades while retaining the
charm of a low-key, stock vehicle. The healthy heart of this
workhorse is a 390 FE big block that's been rebuilt and features a
.030 overbore, reworked heads with hardened valve seats, flat top
pistons, Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold, Edelbrock
5500 RPM cam, Holley carburetor, recurved Duraspark distributor
with MSD, and Hedman headers flowing into a stainless dual exhaust
system. The striking original Calypso Coral over White (M1) paint
has a number of dings and chips from 46 years of use, but they
don't detract from its charm one bit. The interior is in good
condition and a modern stereo has been added with box speakers
under the seat. Additional features include power steering, C6
automatic transmission, and a new receiver hitch with 7-way trailer
plug. The previous owner recently drove 700 miles in a single day
and reported no issues. This truck is more fun than it has any
