For Sale: 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 in Clinton, Ohio

Vehicle Description

1977  Landcruiser FJ40

As far as I know or can tell all of the drive train is original. It has the  2F 6 cylinder that runs great. It may have a very small leak in the rear seal. 4 speed manual transmission, lock out hubs, ambulance style rear doors, 3" lift, front bucket seats, center consol, jump back seats, rear wing window vents, removable hard top and sides, soft top with doors, and a winch.

The original color was red and has been painted a teal blue. There is a dent in the left rear corner and below the passenger door. The body is beginning to show some rust in a few areas. You will see in the pictures where I have sprayed metal protector on the rusting areas hoping to slow it down some.

The driver side floorboard has been cut out and replaced. The passenger side floor is in good shape and so is the rear floor. The frame is also solid. The channel where the front part of the cab meets the back part of the cab has some rust that will need repaired in time.

The only parts that I know of that are missing is the metal peice that goes between the two doors and the roof. Someone has replaced them with wood. Also missing is the radio.
