This Dodge HEMI Challenger R/T was restored to its original
condition with the correct Go Mango Orange paint. It is powered by
a 426ci HEMI engine with dual 4-barrel carburetors, and a 4-speed
manual transmission with a Hurst pistol-grip shifter. Both the
engine and transmission are unstamped date-code-correct components.
This car has been meticulously restored with many NOS parts used,
including the grille, air filter, shifter handle, wheel lip
moldings, exhaust tip and all four tires. This well-optioned
Challenger features power steering and brakes, restored Dana 60
rear differential, and factory-correct Track Pak, Rallye instrument
cluster, longitudinal stripe delete and added R/T nameplates, as
noted on the Fender Tag that was decoded by Galen Govier. The
laser-straight body and paint set this car apart from the others,
thanks to its no-expense-spared rotisserie restoration.
