Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is honored to offer this
one-of-a-kind 1951 Henry J, made by Kaiser Futura for sale. These
cars were lightweight and inexpensive to buy once they were about
ten years old, so many hot rodders bought them to modify; many for
the drag strip, which is exactly how this one we're selling has
evolved. Painted a scorching shade of Victory Red with a red and
white interior, this car is all attitude. Sporting a highly
modified big block Chevy under the hood, it features a dual quad
tunnel ram intake, headers, and many internal mods. A Turbo 350
selects the gears to send all of the power back to the 4.11 cogged
12 bolt rear axle. The car's entire chassis is a custom-built tube
frame built by the current owner. Cragar wheels and Mickey Thompson
rubber put the power to the pavement. Inside, a nice contrast of
red and white fills the passenger compartment. A custom-built fuel
tank sits in the trunk area, which is also upholstered completely
to match the interior. Aftermarket gauges keep tabs of everything
in a custom-built cluster. This Henry J has the perfect combination
of stance, color, wheels, and power. While it would certainly tear
up any strip in America, it can also be driven to shows and
cruises, where everyone will marvel at its gasser stance, thanks to
the front tube axle. This car is built right and should provide
years of trouble-free driving. People love the old school look, but
it's also got modern safety features as well. I personally grew up
at the drag strips and I know that this car would fit in very well
at one. Our 1951 Kaiser Henry J includes: seat belts, custom
wheels, performance tires and traction control. Also included is a
smile on your face when you light them tires up, burning out for
all your friends. To see 100-plus pictures and a video of this 1951
