Vehicle Description
This 1953 Ford F-100 underwent a full frame-off build and was
finished in the fall of 2017. The truck is a Pro-Touring style
build ready to hit the show or track. It is powered by a
twin-turbocharged Ford 4.6-liter overhead cam V8 engine backed by a
4-speed automatic transmission. It sits on an aluminum subframe in
the front with independent suspension, along with a 4-linked rear
suspension. There are 4-wheel power disc brakes with 20" American
Racing wheels. Tuning by SCT and wiring by Ron Francis make this
truck fully functional. Some of the interior luxuries include
Vintage Air and a full audio system. This F-100 is a beautiful
Resto-Mod with a full late-model Ford drivetrain. It has just
enough custom touches - such as widened rear fenders and slight
body modifications - to keep an old-school look with modern
drivability.
