This documented, factory-original matching-numbers Super Duty Trans
Am is one of 943 produced for the 1974 model year. Of that number,
just 731 were equipped with the 455ci Super-Duty engine and
automatic transmission, like this example. This clean example has
its original sheet metal and was the recipient of a high-level
show-quality correct nut-and-bolt restoration with a fully detailed
underside, along with correct red oxide and overspray, as well as
assembly-line decals and stickers. It is finished in its original
color of Cameo White with blue bird and decals, along with a
stunning matching blue bucket seat interior. It still retains its
complete matching-numbers 455ci Super-Duty engine, automatic
transmission and rear differential. It's loaded with factory
options, such as factory air conditioning, power windows, tilt
steering, power brakes, power steering, bucket seats with console,
AM/FM 8 track player, and 3-spoke steering wheel. It was originally
delivered new to Setzer Pontiac Inc. in Lincolnton, NC.
Documentation includes Pontiac Historical Services paperwork,
Pontiac Division Window Sticker, owner history, previous
registrations and old title copy, handwritten receipts from
previous owners, owner's manual, vintage pictures from before the
restoration showing a clean solid car, and stacks of receipts.
