Vehicle Description
Nicknamed "Sweet Pea," this 1936 Diamond T Model 80 Deluxe
represents the first year of the Diamond T pickup and sports its
original, rare exterior color combination of light green color with
dark green fenders and original interior color. It started off as a
forestry service truck in 1936. Then purchased by a fellow in
Montana in 1941, and then was purchased by a Diamond T collector,
who did the frame-off restoration, which was completed in 2015. The
restoration included a high-end paint job and professional
upholstery. The truck is powered by a 6-cylinder Hercules engine
and 3-speed manual transmission. It features a Banjo steering
wheel, Packard gauges on the dash, stainless-steel windshield
frames, deluxe hubcaps, dealer-installed HaDees heater, and Anthony
bed. It has less than 200 miles since restoration (mileage not
indicated on the title).
