Vehicle Description
This custom Chevy pickup is powered by a Chevy 383ci stroker engine
that features AFR 195cc aluminum heads, an Eagle rotating assembly,
Keith Black pistons, crane cam roller rockers, and a COMP camshaft.
It is nicely topped off with an Edelbrock dual quad intake
complemented with an MSD Billet distributor and polished Mach
pulleys. This mill is paired with a B&M 700R4 Stage 3 automatic
transmission and a B&M 3,600 stall torque converter. The Chevy
frame is completely boxed, painted and polished with 10" step notch
in the rear. A set of Mustang II spindles as well as tubular upper
and low control arms help bring the front end down around the
Billet Specialties SLC 75 wheels and General Exclaim tires. Slam
Specialties bags and Beltech Nitro drop shocks keep the ride
smooth. The Ford 9" rear end with Dutchman axles and Detroit
lockers gets down to ground level with the installation of a 4-link
with a custom-built wishbone and the Firestone bags. The back end
also rides on Billet Specialties SLC 75 wheels and General Exclaim
tires. It is rounded off with a set of Wilwood rotors and calipers
complemented with all brake and air lines flowing in solid,
completely polished stainless steel. Attention to detail can also
be seen inside the cab beginning with the beige and brown leather
bench seat and custom door panels. The specialty Hustler steering
wheel is similarly designed to match the SLC 75 wheels and is
connected to an Ididit column. Accessories in the custom dash
include an Alpine head unit, Alpine amplifiers, speakers and dual
12" Type S subwoofers for great sound. The dash includes a Billet
gauge cluster with Shark gauges. The air conditioning is subtly
positioned and if fresh air is desired there are Brothers one-piece
power windows. The flooring is coated with Rolls Royce carpeting
over Hushmat. Completing the look of this pickup is beautiful House
of Kolor Tangelo Pearl paint.
