Vehicle Description
The model year 1981 saw the final edition of the long running
second generation Camaro and the Z/28. Nicely ordered in colors and
options with a 4-speed. The car was never modified in any way but
perfectly maintained over the years and accumulated just 2600
original miles in its 36 year life. It is powered by a 5.0-liter
8-cylinder engine with a 4-speed manual transmission. If there ever
was car that the title "Survivor" would be appropriate, this 1981
Camaro Z/28 is the one. Included with the car is a well-cared for
portfolio of documentation including the GM Van Nuys, California
Build Sheet documenting that the car today is exact to its original
build specifications. Copies of the original car order, Bill of
Sale, Chevrolet Window Sticker and first state title are also
present. A very thorough service was just completed and a good road
test confirms that this car runs, drives and performs as one would
expect of a nearly new 1981 Z/28. Total originality, ultra-low
miles, superb overall condition and outstanding documentation all
come together in this very special Z/28.
