Here's a beautiful 1940 Ford coupe dressed in flat black with
excellent fit and finish. The black on red upholstered interior &
matching trunk really set this hot rod off. The car is steel with
the exception of the front fenders which are glass. It's had new
floor pans put in as well as running boards and rubber. The car was
originally built in the Twin Cities area and has been owned in
southern Minnesota ever since. That last owners have fine tuned and
tweaked this car to make it is what it is today. Here's a list of
some of what's been done. All new stainless and bumpers, LED
taillights, seat belts, glove box and working cowl vent, new glass,
1940 Ford floor shift, new steering column with 1940 steering wheel
& column mounted turn signals, working horn, 62-64 327 cu. in.
small block Chevy engine with camel back heads, pointless
distributer, ram horn exhaust with alluminum pipes, TH350
transmission that was recently gone through, new driveshaft with
new u-joints & tranny yolk, cooling concepts electric fan radiator
with overflow tank, (runs cool) dropped front axle, CE front and
rear sway bars and shocks, 1984 Corvette front disc brakes and
rotors on Bob Sbarbaro alluminum hubs, new Diamondback wide white
walls, black powder coated wheels with '42 Ford caps, Chevy 525
manual steering box with 605 pitman arm (approx. 4 turns lock to
lock) Obviously a lot of quality work has gone into this car and
you can tell driving it down the road. The car starts good, stops
good, runs cool and is enjoyable to drive. The engine is believed
to be stock and none of the last owners have had it apart. Please
