Vehicle Description
Entering production in 1995, the BMW Z3 was a small, two seat
sports car that was a bit more conventional in design than the
crazy Z1. Offered in coupe and roadster forms, the Z3 was the first
BMW car to be produced outside Germany. A variety of 4 and 6
cylinder engines were offered from the sedan range and were mated
to manual and automatic transmissions. The Z3 gained some quick
fame when it was James Bond's car of choice in GoldenEye and a rare
special edition was even offered.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this very nice 1996 Z3 for
your consideration. Featuring an economical and smooth 1.9l inline
twin cam 4-cylinder that produces 138hp and was able to propel the
lightweight sports car to a top speed of 127mph. This car is
finished in Titan Silver Metallic over black and is in very good
cosmetic shape. The exterior paint and trim are in great shape for
the age and have no dents or scrapes. The black convertible top
fits tight, looks good, and has a clear rear window. Stock 16in
wheels have decent rubber and are free of curb rash. The black
leather interior is also in good shape and features power seats,
power windows, climate control, 6 disc CD changer, power steering,
power brakes. The instrumentation appears to be fully functional
and there isn't too much wear. Some small faults include a rip in
the passenger seat, and a passenger window switch that has come
loose.
These little BMW roadster offer open top fun that is economical and
easy to maintain. Miata level handling and BMW prestige make this
cars irresistible. James Bond loved his for a reason!
