For Sale at Auction: 1967 Cadillac Series 62 in Scottsdale, Arizona
Lot #1117 - This 1967 Cadillac Funeral Coach Miller-Meteor known as
“Kargoyle” was built by Barris Kustom for the 1980s movie “Terror
on Wheels.” Since then it has been featured in other motion
pictures and television shows including “Bitch Slap,” “Monster
House,” “Monster Garage,” “Girls Next Door” and “Tim Timebomb’s
Rock’n Roll Theater” in an episode entitled “Dante.” It was also
used as the PR hearse for Mötley Crüe’s final concert, “All Bad
Things Must Come to an End.” This custom hearse is powered by a
427ci engine with a removable blower and automatic transmission. It
features a chop-top done by Dick Dean, custom purple metal flask
paint with airbrushed gargoyles, padded leather top, suicide doors
and custom spider-web wheels with a matching steering wheel.
