Vehicle Description
This first generation C10 pickup is unrestored and a fairly
original example. Powered by a transplanted 327 V8, which became an
available option in 1965. A 4 speed, synchromesh manual
transmission was optioned, as seen on the original retail order
form. This truck was sold new in Sparks, Nevada at Johnson
Chevrolet for a grand total of $2,273.63. The interior is original
and unmolested besides a new floor mat and custom stereo. It looks
to have had a re-spray quite some time ago, in Ivory White with a
Gold stripe. Black steel wheels and newer tires were purchased in
2013. New cylinder heads, head gaskets and bolts were installed in
April 2017, along with new spark plugs, a new battery, coolant
flush, thermostat and gasket and a valve adjustment. This will be a
great truck to use around town or for a custom build or
