Exterior Color: Marlboro Maroon Interior: Black Vinyl Engine:
427/390HP Transmission: M20 4 Speed Manual Miles: 82831 It is not
often that a Corvette like this comes to market. First it is a 1967
Corvette big block (427/390HP) 4 speed coupe. Next it has 2 very
desired factory options: air conditioning and power steering.
Finally it has documentation including: original dealer sales
agreement, window sticker, protecto plate, owners manual, radio
instructions brochure, original registration and the original bill
of sale. This Corvette could best be described as being a good
driver, 1 repaint, survivor. It is not a restored car so the engine
compartment shows its 50 years of age, the chassis is very solid
but does have surface rust on parts of it. There is absolutely no
rust through on the chassis. The older repaint has some chips,
scratches, and touched up places. The paint does look a little
better in the pictures, than it does in person, but it is very
presentable. The chrome presents well. The interior is in good
condition with some fading, believe the carpet has been replaced
with original style reproduction. The 427 runs very strong and the
transmission shifts as it should through all 4 gears. The a/c does
work but does not blow very cold. The gauges are in working order.
The opportunity does not present itself very often to experience a
mid year big block corvette as it came from the St. Louis factory.
As the saying goes ""they are only original once"" To further
