1969 Ford Mustang 428SCJ Sports Roof
Automatic, PS, PB
Deluxe Marti Report
Rotisserie restoration to original specifications in 2008.
Non-Mach 1 Sleeper car.
Ordered as a fleet car from Folger Ford in Morovia, CA which headed up the drag racing program on the west coast for Ford in the late 60's and early 70's.
Built with all the drag pack options - Was built 13 days before drag pack was available as an option.
This is much more rare than a Mach 1 with the paint and trim codes - 1 of 130 built.
At present the car has a 3.25 traction-lok axle ratio rear end. I have the original 3.91 pig that goes with the car. The 3.25 makes the car much more drivable on the street.
This car has been judged by the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) and has earned its senior award.
Has only been driven 2,000-3,000 miles since restoration.
I am not a dealer and I only build one car at a time. Google Scott's Mustang Garage, Temperance, MI and look at more pictures of this car and other cars I have restored on my Facebook page.
This car is now displayed at the Gilmore Car Museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan.
