The second generation 3 series, often known as the E30, is one of
BMW's most popular and well regarded models it has ever made.
Respected in all corners of the car world, the E30 was sporty and
the right size, price, and style. It was a compact RWD car that
offered excellent performance as well as practicality. Hundreds of
different engine and transmission combos and five body styles were
offered including a sedan, coupe, wagon, Baur convertible, and
convertible. First introduced in 1982 and sold all the way to 1994,
the E30 really put BMW on the map.

for your consideration. Sporting the famous 2.5 inline 6 that
produced 169hp and could hit 60mph in 8 seconds with a 135mph top
speed. It is mated to a smooth and responsive 4-speed automatic.
While not as cool as a manual, the automatic is very well behaved
and much better than contemporary autos. Finished in Brilliant Red,
the body of this car is extraordinary. The body is straight and
dent free and the finish of the paint is excellent. The chrome and
rubber trim is excellent being shiny and black respectively. The
factory 14in BBS wheels look great as does the glass. The interior
is in great shape. The door panels are perfect and the seats look
good but do have some usual wear on the driver seat bolsters.
Everything in this car appears to be working including the power
windows, power sunroof, stereo, instruments, and lights. The heater
works as does the A/C which had been converted to R134. With just
two owners and a clean Carfax that shows tons of service history,
this BMW is a rare example of what a very clean example can look
like after nearly 30 years. It is a highly desirable car that will
only go up in value!
