The quality is evident as soon as you start her up. The original 255cid Flathead V8 with ungraded, high performance Offenhauser Heads, The Offenhauser high performance 4bbl carb perform perfectly. The engine compartment shines with an amazing chrome dress package, all new HD, correct looking harness, The original Merc-O-Matic Automatic transmission, glossy black paint, and period correct dual chrome spotlights. All new chrome grill and trim, removable color matched fender skirts. Very cool Mercury trademark split windshield, Brand new silver and black interior including the door panels, carpet and headliner. Completely restored dash with the full array of factory gauges including: Oil, temp, volts, speedometer, and the Moon 8k RPM tach. The original Mercury steering wheel & column shifter, the original “hi-Fidelity radio (works) Vintage brand modern heat & AC works amazingly well. Remington Wide-White Spare in the truck, chrome rain guards, correct spinner hubcaps with wide white radials.
