1969 MERCEDES BENZ 280 SE CABRIOLET
--Sand Beige Metallic with Brown leather interior, Brown carpeting
and Brown cloth top, Becker Radio, Power Windows, Behr factory air
conditioning, 2.8 liter inline 6-cylinder, Automatic
transmission.
This luxurious model was the last of the hand-built Mercedes. Only 13 cars per week rolled off the production line. These cabriolets and coupes are true classics. Unlike other automobiles, these cars were classics the day they rolled off the production line and have remained so ever since. Road & Track magazine said "one of the best-looking body designs to come from any German concern. “ They are exquisitely proportioned and beautifully designed and the term “Luxurious” may very well be an understatement when describing this model.
This USA delivered 280 SE Cabriolet has been the subject of an award winning, documented, two-year, rotisserie concours restoration. It is absolutely spectacular throughout, ready for immediate use, concours showing and enjoyment.
