This rare survivor car has the original V-8 302 2B, PS, PB, PW, AT, power top, factory air along with original factory wheels. As the second owner, we have had the frame repaired, new floor pans, new carpeting, new radiator, new convertible top with glass window, rebuilt transmission, new water pump, new tires, new exhaust system and replaced radio to original. Have original service manual, schematics and Marty Report. Car is 90% restored and runs great. The only work needed is to replace the firewall and wire harness. This car is classified as a “survivor” and was featured in Collectible Automobile Magazine in the June 2014 issue. According to the Marti Report, this Mercury Montego MX convertible was the “one and only” ever made with the Mercury logo on the specially ordered slotted wheels. The car originally listed for $4,430.
