Vehicle Description
This 1970 Chevrolet Nova is exactly what you want in a muscle car.
It has been restored to have a mean stance, great chrome, and a
slick blue presentation. Best of all, with a performance big block
and four-on-the-floor, this coupe has been carefully crafted to
both premium and powerful.
Third-generation Novas are great cars. The fastback styling of the
coupe combined with the blacked-out grille, louvered hood, and
Mag-style SS wheels to create an iconic bow-tie muscle machine. But
this one also showcases an extra premium presentation mixed into
its performance. You see it in the way the factory-correct Fathom
Blue has been given a professional respray to really pop in the
sunshine. Plus, chrome bumpers were re-dipped to make sure they can
keep up with the paint's shine. And the black pinstripe not only
highlights all our favorite curves of this super-straight body, but
also it coordinates nicely with the black vinyl roof. This is truly
fast combined with class.
We also like how the vinyl roof offers a preview of the interior
color to keep this a uniform package inside & out. The interior is
nicely finished, with the high back bucket seats, door panels, and
carpeting feeling so fresh that you know anything that wasn't up to
standard was properly replaced. While this Nova is comfortable for
all five occupants, it's clearly a driver's car at its heart. All
the controls warp around you, including the heat/defrost sliders
and upgraded AM/FM stereo. You get Chevy's three-spoke sports
steering wheel, auxiliary gauges, and a Hurst shifter. These all
tell your senses there's something special under the hood even
before you twist the key and hear it roar.
You'll never leave the hood down at car shows once you see the
investment in the engine bay. The 396 cubic-inch big block looks
fantastic with the bold block paint, polished valve covers, and
matching air topper with callouts. And the reason why everything
looks so fresh, right down to the wires & hoses, is because there
is only about 7,000 miles on this one since restoration. It fires
to life with ease thanks to a deep-breathing Quadrajet four-barrel
carburetor. And this full package gives the kind of muscular growl
out of the dual exhaust that only a big block can. Best of all, you
are in complete control of this big block and its thunderous
soundtrack thanks to the four-speed manual transmission. Plus with
power steering, front disc brakes, and BF Goodrich T/As, this is a
terrific total driving package.
The sale comes complete with the owner's manual, build receipts,
and restoration photos... but all you have to do is check out how
clean the undercarriage is to understand the total level of
investment in this big block Nova. So if you love a turn-key muscle
machine, don't delay. Call today!!!
