For sale in our Chicago showroom is this stunning 1963 Chevrolet
Impala. The rumble that leads spectators to turn their heads is the
heartbeat produced by a very healthy GM crate motor, boasting an
impressive 330+ horsepower from its 350 cubic-inch displacement V8.
This engine was installed new, and now shows just over 7,600
strong-running miles. Up top, a Holley 4-barrel double pump
carburetor towers over an aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold, and
this combination stands tall behind the March aluminum pulleys. The
tried-and-true powerplant feeds a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission that converts the power delivering it to the factory
rear end that contains a 3.36:1 gear ratio. If the power plant
doesn't deliver the "wow" factor enough, look at this beauty and
the exterior will surely do the trick. Painted in a stunning GM
Turquoise Metallic, this car maintains a modern look on such a
timeless classic. The vinyl interior was redone to match the
exterior turquoise paint job, and really does finish off the look
wondefully. Front and rear, there are new Chevy emblems on the hood
and trunk lid giving the smooth, finished look that so many cars
lack. This classic American icon is a proper salute to the classic,
updated cars from what is considered one of the greatest eras of
automotive history. For more information on this 1963 Chevrolet
