Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this 1984 Toyota Supra. The
Toyota supra needs no introduction and by 1984 it already started
its reign to the top of the import world. In 1984, Toyota changed
quite a bit on the Supra. Power output was increased on the 5-speed
models with a bump up to 160 hp (119 kW) and 163 lb�ft (221 N�m) of
torque. The increase was achieved by a mixture of a redesigned
intake manifold with "D"-shaped intake runners and an increase in
compression ratio to: 9.2:1 Another notable change in the 5-speeds
was the switch to a 4.30:1 gear ratio in the rear differential.
This one is shown in its original paint and it still shows very
well. The body is straight & true, free from any major dings or
dents. The trim, bumpers, & glass are in great shape. The car sits
on its original Toyota wheels that are wrapped in BF Goodrich tires
that have plenty of life in them. The interior is also in great
condition with the two-tone cloth seats in good condition minus a
shall tear on the driver's side. The carpet, dash, & door panels
are just fine, and the backseat has not been sat in very much. The
steering wheel & shift boot cover could be rewrapped but other than
that it shows well. The car does feature the 5MGE 6-cylinder NA
engine that is strong through the power band and when paired to the
5-speed manual transmission that shifts smoothly up & down through
the gears, you have yourself one quick Toyota. The engine has had
the top end recently worked on & rebuilt. The car only has 132k
original miles which is hardly much for a Toyota. **we have
