Up for sale now in our Houston showroom is this rough & tough 1983
GMC Jimmy 4x4 SUV. This classic 80's ton 4x4 needs no
introduction. These alternate K5 blazer SUV's have been tearing up
the trails since they were first introduced in 1969. They have
increased in popularity each year and were many peoples first cars.
This one is shown in a Candy red and it looks like it is going fast
standing still. The body is in good condition & free from dings &
dents as it looks like this one hasn't spent much time off road.
The paint is in good condition on the body and shows well. The
removable camper section is coated in a red bed liner textured
paint. All of the doors open easily and the hood & rear hatch close
with no issues. The truck sits on some nice & new 15x12.5 aluminum
wheels that are wrapped in very new 35-inch offroad 2ply all
terrain tires that are suitable for the street as well. It really
gives the truck a nice look. There is one small crack in the driver
side rear glass, but a replacement is easily found. The interior is
in great shape with the custom color matched painted dash
contrasting well against the black carpet & seats. Dash, door
panels, headliner, & camper are also in very nice condition. The
seats are newer and most of the interior is also. We really like
the color combo and you can never go wrong with black & red.
Powering this down the road is a stout 454 CiD V8 that starts right
up and sound healthy through the power band. It has a high-rise
aluminum intake and a 4-barrel carb to feed the beast. It already
has a upgraded radiator with electric fans to keep that big block
cool under any condition. The underside of the truck is very clean
and rust free. Newer suspension, exhaust, bushings, this thing is
ready to go. It has a full functioning 4x4 AWD that engages just
fine, it is attached to a Turbo400 3-speed automatic trans that
shifts smoothly. Options on this truck include; AC(blows cold!),
power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, offroad
wheels & tires, & seat belts. Don't miss out, these are getting
more valuable as time goes on! For more information on this 1983
