Enjoy rarified air as you cruise with the top down in this American classic. Few originals remain in such good condition. This 1948 Chrysler Town and Country Woodie has been passed down three generations before being ready for a new home. In storage for years, this car has low miles, a finely rebuilt motor (Chrysler's 127.5-inch wheelbase and 135hp, 323.5-cubic-inch L-head straight-eight), and a smooth finely tuned fluid-drive transmission. Both original heather green paint and original white ash wood frame. The mahogany insert panels have been exquisitely restored by Dennis Bickford of renown Vintage Woodworks. Gas line, gas tank, exhaust, fuel and water pumps all reconditioned and/or replaced. This American classic is ready for another spectacular summer of cruising or going to shows. Enjoy!
