Vehicle Description
You're going to want to look at every photo we have of this 1939
Ford coupe/roadster. From the streamlined body, to the luxurious
interior, to the fuel-injected V8 - no detail was too small (that's
why it even looks so glossy and tidy in the undercarriage
pictures.) And we know you'd expect to pay well into six-figures
for something so thoroughly built, and that's why this stunner is
also a stunning deal.
Everyone sees you coming in this bold creation. It retains the
slick Art Deco look of the original style, but now sporting a
serious attitude that flaunts its high-end appearance. The PPG
yellow against the super-slick Coast To Coast body will make
everyone want to touch your hot rod to make sure it isn't still
wet. This great paint even applies to the removable hard top. It's
a bright and bold custom mix that looks amazing even from miles
away, but it only gets better when you get up close to see the
subtle pinstriping. The silver and gold artful stripes not only
highlight the straightness of the body, but also give this one the
kind of star power that will make people think ZZ Top has arrived.
This has had proper care over its entire low-mileage life, and it
even comes with a full car cover and stand for the hard top. This
is one of the special builds by Coast to Coast, and those in the
know recognize that these have all the right touches to impress.
You see this in places like the modern MINI Cooper headlight
package, deep-dipping mirror-like dual grilles, taillight silts
built into the fender line, frenched-in license plate panel, and
suicide doors with shaved door handles. Of course, it wouldn't be a
hot rod without an aggressive stance. This crucial finishing touch
is courtesy of the large staggered Foose wheels, and the full air
ride suspension that allows you to let this sleek machine hug the
ground wherever it's parked.
The large investment continues inside, where a gorgeous tan leather
interior with alligator texture inserts delivers show-stopping
looks. Nicely bolstered buckets feature modern all-day comfort. The
door panels have been sculpted to flow right into the dash for a
custom swooping appearance. And because this is such a futuristic
presentation, the blue glow of the Dakota Digital gauges is the
perfect complement. The driver gets a three-spoke steering wheel
that helps set off the chrome and leather theme of the interior. As
with any good custom build, there are plenty of modern conveniences
for you and your passenger. This includes ice-cold R134a air
conditioning, power windows, keyless entry, and even a camera
mounted to catch all the amazed faces when they see this ride. You
have a remote control for the AM/FM/CD stereo with aux input, but
the head unit is mounted in the trunk... and for a very good
reason. The trunk is upholstered just as nicely as the passenger
cabin, and it's home to a full Phoenix Gold subwoofer stereo
system. After all, with the amount of attention this one receives,
you should also bring the party, too.
The whole point of this car is to look stunning, but like any good
enthusiast build, this one was also created to be fun to drive. The
350 cubic-inch V8 is a fuel-injected powerplant borrowed from a C4
Corvette. Of course, what people are really going to notice about
the motor is its show-stopping appearance with all that chrome and
polished aluminum. And it's all set in an engine bay that's tidy
enough to win awards all on its own. The stainless dual exhaust
will make everyone takes notice with its rumble. But don't just
listen to the sound, admire its full path in the undercarriage
photos. There you'll see all the gleaming components against the
painted underside and tubular chassis. But as beautiful as this
looks, it was also built for long Sunday drives. That starts with a
four-speed automatic transmission that features a highway-friendly
overdrive. This one also features a Heidts front suspension,
four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, and modern Toyo tires.
We know you've drooled over the pro-built rods in magazines. And
while it takes years to get one of these custom creations correct,
you can skip ahead to the fun part with the low-mileage build. But
the only way this can be in your garage tomorrow is if you call
today!
