comes to us from the second owner, who's been her caretaker since
1983. This one's the real deal; no clone, tribute, or replica -
it's a real Super Sport big block Chevelle convertible. The
original 350 HP 396 is still sitting between the fender wells, and
throughout the years, it has had careful attention paid to any
maintenance needs it had. The non-original Holley carb has recently
been rebuilt along with a new clutch assembly. To keep it running
cool, the original radiator has been boiled and rodded to flow
coolant efficiently. The interior features factory gauges, a Hurst
shifter, and new upholstery on the red vinyl seats. Other than an
AM/FM/cassette, factory options include Rallye gauges, a console,
and posi-traction. The top is power-assisted, and the mechanism
operates flawlessly in all positions. The top itself still looks
nice. The original rally wheels look period-perfect on this red
muscle car and really finishes off the look of an all-business
performance convertible from the General. This is a great car and
