Vehicle Description
1961 Buick Electra
How low can you go?!?
You will stand out in a crowd in this beautiful example of a rare
1961 Buick Electra with a mirrored speedometer display. The
original turquoise color is set off by the white tone roof with
roughly 70% original paint and recent touch-ups performed. This
interior has been completely redone in turquoise including
headliner, carpet and visors, as well as the 1963 Impala bucket
seats that were added and 3 trunk panels that tastefully keep the
air ride pump and tank and spare tire hidden from view. The air
ride controls are also hidden away in the ash tray.
This car sports an original 401 nail head engine and a rebuilt
Dynaflow transmission and only 77K original miles. It's rust free
and has had a full mechanical restoration including carburetor,
plugs, spark plug wires, belts, all fluids, gas tank and sending
unit, new dual exhaust as well as brakes and a new brake booster.
It is sitting on new 17? Chrome Ridler wheels and Federal Hi-Po
tires. This car looks, runs and drives like a million bucks! The
entire undercarriage has been cleaned, detailed and painted along
with the engine bay and trunk. The chrome, stainless and bright
work are also very, very nice. All in all this is a very nice
driving car with no squeaks, rattles, window whistles or major
issues. It's a super clean and ready to hit the road and
cruise.
We are offering this fresh ride for only $28,900.00!
This car is located and being represented for a collector in the
Seattle, Washington area.
