This beautiful "Lime Frost" Cougar is an unrestored 99,000 mile
"survivor" in remarkable condition. It was sold new at Murphy
Lincoln Mercury in Long Beach California in December of 1967. This
particular car was ordered with the desirable "XR7" package which
included leather seating, deluxe door panels, map lights and
courtesy lamps, overhead and lower consoles, walnut toned dash,
full instrumentation and tachometer. This car was also ordered with
the rare factory "X" code 6.5 litre 390 C.I. big block V8 and
larger "C6" automatic transmission. It is one of only 2,037
produced with this drivetrain in 1968. This is a rust free original
California car, the factory A/C is cold, the vacuum operated
headlamps work properly and the original sequential turn signal
system is in place and functioning as new. The exterior was
refinished in the original color over 20 years ago, the interior
and vinyl top are original and the mechanicals are strong. This car
