This is quite possibly my favorite classic car I have ever had.
The 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 Sunliner. This is a very special car,
because of the way it has obviously been cared for its entire
life. There aren't many cars from the early 60's out there that
look, drive and feel like this Ford!

This Sunliner is an original California Black Plate car, and was
recently purchased from a gentleman that brought the car to the
midwest 23 years ago. This is a very original car that has been
restored only where necessary.

This classic cruiser came from the factory with some relatively
rare options for a Ford in 1962 including:
Power windows
Power seat
Power steering
Power brakes
Power top
Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission

This Galaxie 500 Sunliner was restored to its original exterior
White color, but retains all the original paint inside the jambs.
Just take a look at the rust-free condition of the original paint!
The paint was laid perfectly and evenly without a single defect to
be found. The sheet metal on this California car is just as
straight as the day it was new.

The interior is just as stunning as the exterior. The power bench
seat shows absolutely no signs of wear, and is an absolute dream on
long cruises! All the glass is in excellent condition, and the NEW
canvas top is perfect with no fogging or dull spots on the back
window

Of course the most important part of an early 60's car is the power
plant. This Ford features the strong and desirable 390ci engine
with 300 hp and 427 lb. of torque. This awesome V-8 is as strong
as the day it was built. She starts right up every time, and purrs
down the road without missing a beat. Just take a look at the
original markings on the firewall, and the absolute beautiful
condition of this car!

Don't pass up the opportunity to own this very rare and beautiful
car. This is a beautiful cruiser with the optional larger engine
to boot!
