Fully restored, this Bel Air has a 283/270hp V8 engine, dual
4-barrel carburetor with Powerglide automatic transmission, dual
exhaust, AM radio, dual antennas, dual exterior mirrors, front
bumpers guards, in dash clock, temperature and fuel gauge, Tri-bar
spinner hubcaps, rear fender skirts and Continental spare kit. No
power steering, power brakes or air conditioning. The show quality
engine compartment features the famous Bat Wing air cleaner,
correct hoses, bolts and etc. It has independent front suspension
with upper and lower wishbones and coil springs, live rear axle
with leaf springs, and 4-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. It has the
correct Red Oxide primer, painted frame and correct bolts and
brackets. The power top is brand new. All trim is in new condition.
The Continental spare kit is a rear option for the car. This
vehicle has additional trim not usually installed on the '57
Chevrolet. A gas filler door was hidden in the trim side rear of
the vehicle. This vehicle has received a 100% nut-and-bolt
restoration. Only 23 test miles since frame-off restoration. This
car restored using all-correct materials, the detail, workmanship
and perfection that went into this restoration is immediately
evident.
