Vehicle Description
When your Mustang looks like this, it had better have the hardware
to back it up. Fortunately, the guys at Roush knew what they were
doing when this 2005 Ford Mustang Roush Stage 2 coupe. It offers a
unique high-performance look backed by an upgraded performance
suspension and extra power. So you know this pony knows how to
gallop.
The retro style Mustang is a great-looking car, but for some folks
it lacks the right attitude. Jack Roush and his guys correct that
particular issue with an aggressive body kit that's also
functional. It includes a new front fascia with more flair, deep
front chin spoiler, rocker panel moldings, slotted quarter glass &
rear window, and a long spoiler that hugs the rear deck end-to-end.
And since the tail end is what most people will only see, there's
the unmistakably bold rear bumper that highlights the performance
exhaust and the Roush name. The Sonic Blue paint helps with the
race-ready attitude, and the paint shop at Roush does a great job
of making sure everything matches. This car has led a good life, so
it remains quite attractive with only a few minor signs of use and
age. We bet someone spent a lot of Saturday afternoons polishing it
up for shows. And speaking of polish, you can still see yourself in
the mirror-like shine of the Roush 18-inch chrome wheels.
Anchored by a set of grippy two-tone bucket seats, the interior is
a serious place for doing the business of driving fast. The
original leather now wears inserts with Jack Roush's signature, and
the result totally transforms the Mustang's driver's compartment
into a very individual experience. You also get upgrades like
special white-faced gauges, plenty of carbon fiber trim, and both a
signature plaque and actual signature. But as a true driver's
machine, you'll appreciate upgrades like the sports shifter, and
trio of auxiliary readouts. Even without all these custom
additions, this is a premium Mustang GT, so you will always find
the cabin a very pleasant place to be. It features modern
conveniences such as ice-cold air conditioning, power driver's
seats, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, power mirrors,
cruise control, dual air bags, ABS, power steering, and a
thundering Shaker AM/FM/CD stereo system with auxiliary input.
Ford's 4.6-liter V8 is already a great powerplant, and this
original number-matching motor has been improved further with a BBK
cold air intake. What the Roush engineers focused on was making
sure this pony could have the suspension that could keep up with
the powerful V8. The Stage 2 kit is a specially engineered package
includes specifically chosen front & rear coil springs, front
struts, rear shocks, as well as front & rear stabilizer bars. This
Mustang has been further enhanced with six-piston Brembo brakes in
front, high temp brake fluid for all four discs, BMR lower control
arms, and an adjustable Panhard bar. With all these improvements,
we just know you're imagining what it will be like to rip down the
backroads as you shift the five-speed manual transmission, enjoy
the enhanced suspension, and feel the grip of the BF Goodrich
gForce tires.
Complete with original window stickers and owner's manual, you're
looking at a very cool and custom pony car. And when the mileage is
this low, and the price is this affordable, we'll be seeing this
Mustang gallop out of our showroom quickly. Call today!!!
