Vehicle Description
1972 El Camino Resto Mod. This is one fine El Camino! We affectionately call it, “Mean Green”. It has beautiful Emerald Green paint accented with white SS stripes, dual sport mirrors, and a black vinyl top. Super solid floor-pans. It features a functional, steel, “Cowl Induction Hood”, American Racing 200S 15 inch polished wheels with BFG Radial T/A tires. All of the chrome, trim, and glass are very good. Power comes from a blue printed 402 big block with a Mother Thumper Comp roller cam MSD HEI ignition, LS-6 intake, 4 barrel carburetor, K&N air cleaner, Hooker headers, and turbo mufflers. It runs very strong and boils the tires at the hit of the throttle. Power is delivered to the Moser equipped 12 bolt “locker” rear end, complete with aluminum cover, through a Phoenix 700R automatic overdrive, high performance, transmission. A Be-Cool aluminum radiator keeps it running cool. SSBC power front brakes brings her to a halt with the aid of rebuilt rear drum brakes. This Elky also comes with factory air conditioning, already converted to R-134 for easy servicing down the road, and power steering. The front end and all suspension has been rebuilt and aligned. The immaculate interior features the Super Sport Dash, comfy bench seat, fold down arm rest, deluxe trim, and aftermarket CD player. The bed is protected by a spray n bed-liner so you will not have to worry about trips to the hardware store. This El Camino is just right for daily use and weekend car shows. It is fast and fun to drive. It is also very easy on the eyes. Make it yours today.
