The Champagne leather-trimmed seat upholstery is all in very good condition without any splits or holes. The door panels and dash pad look as new. Unusual for these cars, the wood dash trim all looks extremely nice and the console has been refreshed.

The Pagoda removable hardtop is finished in the same color as the car and looks like new.

The black convertible top is canvas and in excellent condition without any rips or tears.

• Engine

The car has the 3.8 liter V-8 engine made for the 380SL series. The engine starts right up and runs as it   should—strong and fast!

The timing chain was replaced approximately three thousand miles ago.

This SL has 4 Kelly 185/70R14 tires mounted on chromed wheels—that have been driven fewer than 500 miles—as well as a spare. In addition, the car will come with an extra set of 4 BBS wheels.

The power disc brakes on all four wheels bring the car to a rapid and safe stop.
