The car was taken all the way down to the bare metal to prepare for custom metallic paint in 2009. The car runs a 1949 Flathead V/8 with a 4bbl carb with just 2200 miles. The electrical system has been upgraded to 12 volt with an alternator plus the entire wiring harness has been completely replaced with new throughout. Stock 1941 gauges are intact and the clock is still functional. The car stops with all new brakes: disc on the front, drums on the rear. A Chevy front end is installed and the owner claims the car steers and drives fantastic with a comfortable turning radius.
